In order to be able to answer to higher and higher targets, requirements and necessities by our clients, Officine Zanetti has acquired the necessary skills and the optimal experience in relation to assembly. When the processing is complete, we ensure our clients the possibility to implement the assembly of a complete group or single components, as well as inspections and pressure tests, in order to verify the correct functionality, whether in our plant or in situ, with the supervision of the final user.
When requested, the installation of our components or assembled groups at their final destination requires the presence of our engineers and technicians who supervise the assembly and testing phases required by the customer, introducing the staff to operating rules: production capacity, management, and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance aspects.

TESTS
Pressure tests are conducted with the purpose of ensuring the safety, the reliability and the endurance of our assemblies or single components. These tests follow two methods, hydrostatic or pneumatic, depending on the mean used, water for the former, air, nitrogen or other non-inflammable and non-toxic gas for the latter.
Usually, the hydrostatic method is preferred because it is considered less harmful in terms of potential energy, which reaches far significant levels in the pneumatic method; this latter is preferred if the pressure systems are structure in such a way that they cannot come into contact with water, or if traces of the mean used cannot be tolerated.
All pressure tests shall be conducted using instruments calibrated within the previous twelve months (12) and under controlled conditions, following a pre-approved plan and recording the process in appropriate documents.
